30min cykling (3min intervaller på 80-85% af maxpuls – 1min pause)
derefter
25 burpee’s
25 butterfly situps
50 push-press 20kg
25 butterfly situps
25 burpee’s
Tilsidst sluttede vi af med lidt TGU med 20kg barbell
